1. Delivery Timeline

All orders placed on the Clean Protein website are delivered on a next-day basis after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Delivery timelines may vary due to operational, logistical, or external factors.

2. Delivery Partners

All deliveries are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners. While we coordinate closely with these partners, delivery operations are handled by third parties and are outside our direct control.

Clean Protein is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Payment & Delivery Charges

All orders are prepaid and paid online at checkout.

Our delivery partners will never request cash or any additional payment at the time of delivery.

If a delivery agent requests payment:

• Do not make any payment
• Report the incident immediately to info@cleanprotein.ae

4. Delivery Issues

• Any issues with the delivery partner
